İstanbul Bilgi University was founded in 1994. It is one of the most considerable universities in Turkey thanks to its modern educational subjects, which are shared with the largest European and international universities.The University has about 25,000 students and is considered one of the most preferred universities for foreign students since most of its curricula are taught in English language. İstanbul Bilgi University has a large educational staff with a high level of academic achievement, which helps to carry out a professional educational movement within the University.İstanbul Bilgi University, as well, has many agreements and contracts with a large number of international and European universities and educational institutions in many countries of the world. Furthermore, the University is also a partner of the Erasmus Student Exchange Agreement with EU countries, where students can receive a scholarship to Europe.The University has a significant location in Istanbul, where the university’s campus is located in the Sultan Ayoub district in the center of Istanbul city and it is spread over a large area with modern design buildings, research centers, classrooms, halls and laboratories equipped with the latest educational technology.The University has 7 faculties, 3 vocational schools and 4 Schools, such as the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Business, the Faculty of Communication, the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, and more than 150 educational programs are taught within the University.
